She completed her postgraduate studies under the Diplomate of National Board, New Delhi. Building upon her academic success, she pursued a long-term cornea fellowship at the prestigious Aravind Eye Institute, Madurai, known for its excellence in eye care and research. She received formal training in Phacoemulsification from Trilochan Netralaya, Orissa.
